This year the ASEM Workshop takes place on April 20-21 at the ISTA in Klosterneuburg. It is for free for ASEM members. The workshop has become the major networking event for microscopists in Austria, with high level scientific presentations and ample time to jointly develop exciting research questions. 15th ASEM Workshop in Leoben, April 24-25, 2025
The Fritz Grasenick Award 2025 went to
Nikola ŠIMIĆ (Austrian Center for Electron Microscopy and Nanoanalysis, Graz) and
Bettina ZENS (IST Austria, Klosterneuburg)
The yearly ASEM workshops are ever growing. The 2025 ASEM workshop was held in Leoben between April 24 and 25, 2025.

The 2024 workshop was held between April 4 and 5 in Graz and boasted a record number of 161 participants. In addition to the scientific program, 15 supporting companies, listed on the workshop homepage, informed about their latest cutting edge product developments.
